As we move towards recovery, we can confirm that the planned maintenance is now complete in Mendix Cloud US-East and Cloud Dedicated EU (Frankfurt) Sierra.
All applications within these regions should now be functioning correctly. We are still working on the other impacted Mendix Cloud regions. Our teams are continuing to monitor the platform closely.

We've identified an issue within our Kubernetes internal networking component, causing intermittent 502 errors for a subset of applications. Restarting affected applications often provides a temporary resolution, as they typically migrate to updated nodes. Our team is actively investigating the root cause. Concurrently, we are proceeding with planned infrastructure maintenance, which is expected to fully resolve this issue upon completion.

We are still investigating the issue. Services that are available again: Academy, Log and Metrics, Deployment of SAP Cloud. We noticed that restarting an affected environment sometimes solves the problem.
