Identified

We are currently experiencing intermittent 502 Bad Gateway errors affecting parts of our platform. Our engineering teams have confirmed that this is most certainly a direct consequence of the recent AWS service disruption impacting multiple providers across the region.

During this time, you may experience occasional service interruptions or degraded performance when accessing certain application endpoints.

Update

Our Infrastructure provider (AWS) for Mendix Cloud, has announced that the underlying issue has been fully mitigated. We are continuing to monitor Mendix services. Backups, Logs, Metrics and Alerts are now operational. There is a loss of logs and application metrics during the outage window which is not recoverable. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

We are providing an important update regarding the recent AWS US East outage that impacted several services across the region. We sincerely apologize for the delay in notifying you about this situation; unfortunately, our own Statuspage was also affected by the incident, preventing us from sharing updates sooner.

We are now pleased to report that our services are slowly but steadily recovering. During this period, application deployments were impacted, and we're actively working on fully restoring our logging and monitoring services, which are still healing. Additionally, all scheduled maintenances for Kubernetes migration were halted to ensure stability. We will be re-planning these maintenances and will communicate new schedules as soon as possible. Our dedicated teams are working diligently to restore full functionality, and we truly appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we progress.
